Great product feel stronger

Alright, buckle up…I wanted to take this for a few weeks before reviewing, so I started taking this july 15th… I decided to try a lean bulk and thought I’d give PA a try since Ive had a hard time seeing results, and I’m so glad I did!! They’ve definitely worked for me so far. I don’t think it’s a placebo effect as I have objective data (the scale and body measurements). My glute size has increased by 3/4inch. I’ve gained 5.5lbs of muscle and lost 4.4% body fat in 32days (from sept 2-oct4). I’ve seen more progress in the few weeks I’ve been taking this than in the past 4 years I’ve been in the gym. As a woman, I was seeing virtually no results, I was putting in all this work for a mid physique and I was frustrated since I was doing everything “right” and not seeing the payoff for it. I almost just threw in the towel. But I did some research and came across this and decided that I’d try it. It was definitely worth it for me, I will be continuing to buy:)I also take this concurrently with BCAA, creatine, beta-alanine, nitric oxide, fiber. I Train 6 days a week (lifting and cardio). I eat mostly Whole Foods (and the occasional sweet treat). I only take 4 pills a day since I am a 4’11” female. Two pills 30min before workout, and 2 with my post workout meal. Sometimes I only take two if I’m hitting a smaller muscle group. The only thing I’ve changed since starting PA that may have given me better results, is that I started eating lower carbs and more meats. I eat around 150g-180g protein a day as well. I only wish it was a bit cheaper, but it does what it says so🤷🏼‍♀️A few things I’ve noticed: my workouts have lengthened by 30minutes (so around 2-2.5hrs) I sweat A LOT now (I’ve never dripped with sweat til now). I noticed more definition in my arms (specifically my triceps and shoulders) and abs.The photo with the black outfit is from July 11th, video is from august 28th. I can really see the difference in my shoulders in the pictures! The different lighting also kinda skews the effect

Good suppments for to gain size and strength

Overall a pretty decent natural supplement. I have used PA products in the past and didn’t really notice anything. With this product I wouldn’t say that it was a dramatic difference but over the course of the several weeks taking it I did notice a slight increase in strength and better muscle fullness and pumps in the gym. And for a guy that’s been consistent in the gym for the last 13 years natty, I’ll take any help I can get. Definitely worth a shot if you haven’t tried PA before.

Bought these for energy boost and better muscle building performance and they delivered! My only issue is the pills are huge in appearance and the value for money isn’t great because each bottle is only used for 12-15 days based on the recommended dose.

I've noticed real gains in muscle mass and strength. It's not magic, but it definitely helps when combined with proper training and diet.The liposomal delivery seems to improve absorption. I don't get any stomach issues like with some other supplements. Dosage is straightforward, but I only take 2, 5 is too many.It's pricey, but worth it for the results. If you're serious about building muscle and have your training and nutrition dialed in, this PA supplement can give you an extra edge.

Stay consistent and you will see the benefits of this product . Been using for 1.5 months now and have noticed some changes but I do tie this in with my stack . Eat well stay the course and this product will be most effective . No side effects for me . Energy is on point but it could also be other products aiding in this as well . Taste is fine . Good value to add to your daily stack !

I’ve used this product. It works well. I re-ordered it again unfortunately this time it showed up empty there is no it showed up empty option on Amazon app. They will not process my return because this item is in eligible for returns. So I’m not giving it a good review Because of Amazon and their shipping policies regarding empty packages being delivered to my house.
