I’m trying to get a “starlit night” effect. Has anyone tried layering Moonstone over another color?

With Moonstone the blue flakies will pop over a dark shade, but that might not be enough on it's own to get the desired result. Try mixing Moonstone with Deep Sea Diamond (silver) or Sunken Treasure (gold) (or use both!) over a dark blue/indigo shade for a starlit night look! 😊

How dark/opaque is this white nail polish? Can I use it as a base and for nail art?

It is a clear Polish with blue iridescent sparkles. In the video the first two fingers or without second two are with polish. The fingers in the video only have one coat.
