Q: Are these blades for the carl rt-200, the picture package shows they are but the description says for use with CUI12200, 12218, and 13100 trimmers?

Yes, the blades that are the "B" series will work. They are the 28mm size. I have the RT218 that is also not listed there, but it is the same size blade as of RT200 & RT215.Hope this helps.

Q: Will these blades work with carl dc-200 (not "rt") 12" cutter? it's labelled as "professional" & home-office-studio.

Unless your trimmer has a blue rotary with a letter B and a number on it this blade won't fit

You need to furnish more info than just the A4 and 12" I believe that there are two A4 trimmers. One is the RT200 A4 and that uses a series of blades. That trimmer uses the B-01 rotary cutting blade. It fits in a holder before attaching to the trimmer. The holder can be purchase separately if needed.

Q: Do they come with an adapter tht is easily changeable? Cuz I purchased blades but with no adapter I can’t figure out how to change them

There is no adapter I am aware of. It should be swappable. Make sure you have the right blade set that matches your cutter.
