I really like this. I love the taste and I do feel like I'm more energized during the day. I've been taking it in water everyday, at least a liter and a half with 2 tablespoons.

This is my favorite Chlorophyll supplement, that works the best, and the quickest. Great internal detox, that wont upset stomach, and will keep you smelling fresh all day! Also great for an energy pickup!

When I got this item I followed the instructions on the bottle which says 2 tablespoons once daily. Big mistake. Start off with 1 tablespoon first. I took the 2 tbsp diluted in orange juice in the morning on an empty stomach and then about half an hour later I had my breakfast. By afternoon of that same day my mouth started to taste bitter. I had lunch and immediately after eating I started to vomit up what I ate plus traces of chlorophyll. A few minutes after that I had diarrhea and my stool was green just like the chlorophyll.The next day, I did things differently. I had a light breakfast first. Then mid day I diluted 1 tbsp in some orange juice and drank it. An hour later I had my lunch. At the time of writing this review, it's 4 hours later and I'm not vomiting up any chlorophyll or having any diarrhea. So you have to have a routine that works for you. Also my experience may be very much different as I am pregnant and does suffer from HG however a lower dose than recommended is always good when starting any new supplement.

Used this in combination with other supplements to build my iron/hemoglobin before L&D. The regimen got my numbers up significantly in only 2 months. Tastes like mint, cheaper to buy here than in most stores near me.

Very good product, I have been taking it for a long time, it has a good effect on the skin, improves bowel function. A large jar lasts a long time. It lasts me about a month. I recommend it to everyone.
