We brought these to send off to my kate father on fathers day. The tissue had a number of tears in.1st attempt one tear so large tgat as it filled with air, the ring tore away from the heart and the lantern kept burning whilst dragging across with the only partly attached tissue canopy eventually catching fire.2nd attempt the square ignition paper was upside down.3rd attempt more notable tears in the paper and the thing wouldnt lift. It gained no height.Weather was perfect but the memorial was destroyed.Total waste of my time and it was so disappointing.2 left which will never be opened.

Very poor quality. When you opened them up one had a hole in it. Another 2 stuck together causing it to be damage. When I tried to release them into the air the rest wouldn't go up. The fire blazed out of control.Need my money for this product should be taken off Amazon.

I am very let down by your products I ordered these for my daughters birthday who is no longer with me. My other children wanted to set these off for their sister but we couldn’t when they came they wr full of wholes and wouldn’t light my children where so upset as we do this every year and this year is the only year we haven’t done it because of these poor quality lanterns! Do you not check your products before they are sent out!

Didn’t work! Was very disappointed bought for a very Special memory and wouldn’t fly just caught fire and went up in a fire ball! DO NOT BY THESE!!
