I've had it for about 2 months now, and no complaints! There have been no leaking issues, and it's easy to set up, just have some scissors on hand! It's been on schedule with no hiccups or glitches.Came with lots of tubing, so you could set up in a larger cage or recut pieces in case of mistakes. The parts where you put the tubing in have an unlatching mechanism, just push on the ends of the sprayer nozzle/on the outer ring of the pump where the tube goes in, and it'll release the tube. As you can see I've zip tied the tubing through the wire, and the zip ties that come with it are the perfect size to squeeze into the tight wire netting!The sprayers are great, and thoroughly wet down my geckos cage.The pump is a bit loud when it turns on, mostly vibrating, but it's not too bad and hasn't seemed to disturb/scare my crested gecko. The nozzles are adjustable but haven't been knocked around by my gecko yet, so no need to readjust them every time your reptile climbs around!I just cut a little hole in the top of the lid of a 1 gallon distilled water jug from Walmart, and change out the jug while keeping the lid on the tubing so you don't have to take the filter on and off the end of the tube every time. Great system! No need to spend more money on one that comes with a water holder

Like the title says, one nozzle sprays stronger than the other. Tried switching them with the same result. Also it's a little noisy but a high pressure pump can not be expected to be silent. So far it has worked very well besides the above complaints. The WIFI app (required but free) works well and is very intuitive to set up and use. Mine did not leak at all, but make sure to mount the pump above the water source to avoid some complaints of leaking. I gave 3 stars initially, but the seller reached out to me to solve my issues. The seller was very supportive and easy to work with. This is a top notch seller that will support any issues with their product. They earned their 5 star review.

This worked okay for about 3 weeks at which point it stopped misting and will only drip out. The mist was never quite as strong as I wanted, but it DID get the job done. The instruction manual has a lot of troubleshooting which should've been my clue to return this item, but now I'm stuck with a broken product as it's been over 30 days since my purchase.

Works great and having an auto mist multiple times a day is perfect for keeping humidity up. Has worked flawless for a few months. It did have 2 nozzles but 1 would not seal up at the quick connect on one size but made one nozzle work and did contact the seller and they were very responsive and remedied the issue fast.

I got this on March 11th for my crested gecko to prepare for a trip I was taking. It was really simple to set up and I feel like the system for setting the intervals was easy to understand, too. I did get the tubes mixed up the first time and sprayed water all over the room when I tested it lol. But that was just a dumb mistake on my part. It seems reliable so far. I got the non-WiFi version.

I was wondering how I could keep my enclosure humidity up when I was away. Didn’t even know these existed, but I’m glad I found it! I like that I can operate it on my phone so I can check up on it. Works really well, and it’s not as noisy as I worried it would be. I think this will definitely make my tortoise happy.

Worked well for 2 months and then quit working. I couldn't get it to power on at all. The service center sent me a replacement. When I went to unhook the old mist pump it turns out the inside of the USB C cable connector had rusted through (within 2 months!) and was not giving power, the unit itself still worked when a new power cable was used. Beware if your unit is in the tank and getting mist on it, the USB cable may rust.

I try to be as positive as possible when reviewing products, but this item was just bad. I got it to keep the enclosure for my boa constrictor humid, and I ended up throwing it away and just manually spraying the enclosure down. The timer only worked when it felt like it, I maxed out the spray time and it would only pray for maybe .25 seconds, and the enclosure was still drying out faster than the device could keep up with. It’s easy to set up, unfortunately it doesn’t matter because the device just kinda does what it wants to and doesn’t actually do what it’s set to do. It’s small though, and as a result doesn’t take up much space, but the water source needs to be pretty big if you want the water to last a while. It’s fairly quiet which is nice, but otherwise I don’t recommend it all, if you need to keep an animal that requires decent humidity, just get a reptile fogger
