I really don't like most hydration drinks. These packets with a bottle of water have really helped me. They taste good. I've had a real problem with staying hydrated( ever since Leukemia in 2005)I have had several trips to the local emergency room over the last 20 years due to me being dehydrated. I make sure to have these packets with me at all times. I mix up a hydration packet in a bottle of water before bed and sip on it throughout the night. We will keep ordering this product

I bought these too quickly without paying attention. I was looking for some liquid IV and bought these as soon as I saw they were cheaper and had more in a package. I was disappointed when I got them and saw they had artificial color/flavors. I am still using them, they work pretty good. Just be careful and don’t purchase too quickly like I did. 😅 I will not be buying them again. I do prefer to buy items without artificial ingredients when possible.

These are my favorite electrolyte supplements. They taste good and a decent price.

Great product to get well hydrated quickly.

Keeps you hydrated but I did not enjoy the taste. The flavors were off which made it hard to drink and it leaves an aftertaste in your mouth similar to how artificial sugars.

I travel often to desert locations and it’s important to stay hydrated with adequate electrolytes. Depending on how much i perspire one or two packets mixed in with my daily water supply and I good.
