Great gadget at a reasonable price
Bought for my son and he's delighted with it!He works with electronics and frequently finds he's dropped a screw etc under his desk!So this is perfect for those situations!It comes with batteries already installed plus a spare set too.You have to pull out a small cardboard disk to make the supplied battery connection, otherwise you'll get no light!There's a powerful magnet on the base as well as the light end - I wasn't expecting that, but it's a nice feature.The goose-neck works well and the light is a good brightness.The magnet on the light works really well.The build quality feels great and it's nicely presented.I'm pleased with my purchase and can thoroughly recommend!Hope I've helped :-)

Excellent tool
I purchased this item for my husband to use as part of his work tools and he loves it and finds it very useful with the torch attached and the magnet at the base for picking up screws etc.

These are really good torches and being magnetic they are brilliant for working on car engines. I got 2. Hubby has one and daughter also. Great for if stuff is hiding ina hard to find place especially if the item is magnetic. Would highly recommend for anyone who works on cars or general diy in dark areas. The fact it expands is brilliant. Worth the money
