I am writing this review because I had seen women around me confused about best device to go for facial hair removal & hence, it's not a paid review. First of all, it's an epilator. Not a trimmer like most of the products in market. I had been using braun from past 8-9 years. Old one was on battery which I used for good 7+ years. Bought new one in New Zealand with power cord which is more convenient. Really works for facial hair removal(avoid near brows), picks fine as well as coarse hair. Sometime align the epilator head accordingly to your skin to get tricky growth. I didn't find other heads provided with product very useful.. to be honest. One time expense for long time peace.

It stops working with in a year...n there is no repairing for it..I have asked several places but due to china product not fixed

My product stopped working and I asked Braun customer care to repair it but they said they do not have customer service in Kolkata and I have to parcel by myself to their Mumbai service center which was not possible for me so this dysfunctional epilator went to the garbage.Please be aware that if you are from Kolkata you will not get any customer service and if the product stops you throw to the dustbin.

I expected much better quality from a company like braun. Does not work on coarse hair. You have to go over the area again and again. Stopped working totally after a year. Total waste of money!!!
