I'm on Keto. And when a person is on KETO, they tend to eat a LOT of the various and wonderful recipes made with CAULIFLOWER!! (Mashed, riced, baked, steamed, soup [cream of], faux-tato salad, "MAC" & cheese, etc. etc. etc! Ask Google for free keto recipes!) I actually enjoy eating cauliflower and would buy the nicest, whitest, largest head of cauliflower that I could find - and then let it sit and rot in my fridge due to the pain-in-the-neck chore of chopping up the cauliflower!One day while shopping on Amazon, I ran across this little gadget. I hemmed and hawed and finally broke down and bought one. Once it arrived here, I gave it an immediate try --- and to my utter amazement, IT WORKED! Within a *couple* of minutes, I had effortlessly pushed my way through the entire stem, leaves were gone, and my cauliflower was sitting there on the sideboard in flowerettes, ready to go! I swished this little marvel in running tap water to clean it off and popped it into a drawer near where I prep veggies, ready to go for the next time. MARVELOUS!!!! (It's sturdy stainless steel with a nice plastic handle, so no rust worries.)Believe it or not, IT IS NOT SHARP! But it cuts through a cauliflower like a hot knife through warm butter with nothing more than a push! I love this wonderful kitchen gadget that WORKS. It makes a formerly drudge-like chore like cutting up a cumbersome cauliflower with a sharp and dangerous kitchen knife turn into a lightening quick breeze to do! We're eating a LOT more healthy and versatile cauliflower now. YAY!!

Didn't realize how much I needed this. Makes trimming and cutting cauliflower and broccoli so much easier.

Saw this demonstrated on James May Oh Cook and was intrigued, since we eat cauliflower regularly. Pleasantly surprised by the design, sharpness and results. Preps florets beautifully every time. Cleans easily. A good value for the money.

I saw this product and thought if it works it would be great so I bought it and tried it to my surprise it worked just like it said . I am glad I got it. I am older and this makes my job of cutting up cauliflower easier. I would recommend this item.

A kitchen MUST HAVE! I can't live without this nice tool to chop up Cauliflower! Using a regular knife just doesn't compare! I have purchased these as part of many bridal shower gifts. I keep buying more! Love!

Ok, I'll be honest. I bought this on a whim...impusle buying at it's best. Why? Because I LOVE kitchen gadgets of all kinds! Can't get enough of um. It's a problem...seriously. Maybe one I'll even get help for one day. Nah. Anyhow, I bought this baby and the first thing I noticed was....it works like it says it does! No more, no less, it cuts through the florets like butter. Got done in less than 20 seconds, no kidding. The second thing I noticed...I felt like there was a lot less mess and you know what that means when your working with cauliflower. Third thing I noticed- I would actually trust my kids to be able to use it without fear of them losing digits. Is it necessary? Nope, you can definitely get the same results with a good knife. Is it handy? Heck yeah and I'd buy again!

Though it was a stupid purchase. I’ve never had a problem cutting into cauliflower with a knife, but was curious. Found I actually really like this tool.

I usually steer clear of kitchen tools that only have one purpose. That gets to be a lot of junk in the drawer. But this one is crazy useful. It's curved in such a great way that you can cut right though that cauliflower with little effort, separating it out and making it lunch bag ready. I can chop up a head in less than ten minutes and just go on with my day. It keeps the mess down, and so much easier than a knife.
