I have very sensitive skin, and most cleansers either dry me out or leave me feeling greasy. This one strikes the perfect balance. The texture is smooth and creamy, and it lathers just enough without stripping my skin. My face feels clean but still soft afterward—no tightness at all. It has a light, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering, and I’ve noticed my skin looking calmer and more even since I started using it. It’s now part of my daily routine, morning and night.

This is my fourth time repurchasing this cleanser — I absolutely love it! It’s gentle, hydrating, and perfect for daily use. A little goes a long way, so one bottle lasts a long time. Definitely a staple in my skincare routine.

This is my first Klairs purchase and I am ready to become a faithful devotee to this brand! This cleanser is literally PERFECT! The initial texture is a thick-yet-milky, soft cream. It foams easily and quickly in hands or on face. It completely cleanses the skin and rinses away without drying out or stripping the skin or leaving a residue, and it is unscented. I have never before found a facial cleanser that THOROUGHLY cleans AND hydrates my face! This works wonderfully with my Clarisonic Mia 2, but my face gets clean even when I wash only by hand--that has NEVER happened with any other facial cleanser I have used! Only a tiny amount is needed to cleanse entire face--slightly more than pea-sized but definitely less than dime-sized. The tube I received was completely filled with product, and I wash my face morning and evening. PERFECT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT VALUE, AMAZING QUALITY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have a lot of problems with combination skin, oily in some places, dry in others, and now in perimenopause very prone to acne. On my nose I somehow have oily skin that is also incredibly prone to dryness and peeling skin (still have trouble wrapping my head around that oxymoronic situation!)Anyhow this cleanser is exactly what I have been looking for for a long time. It is so soothing and softening without increasing oiliness at all. When paired with the right moisturizer, my skin is very soft and much clearer. I’m still tweaking things to find the right balance with acne medication like different gel, but I think this cleanser does a good job of keeping moisture levels well balanced.

It cleanses the pores thoroughly, really great at getting rid of the day's dirt on your face.

I am obsessed with this cleanser! I’m a big fan of dear, klairs and usually order from wishtrend, so I’m glad they sell this on Amazon! I have combination, sensitive skin and live in the Pacific Northwest so it’s pretty damp here. This cleanser does not have any fragrance or smell and has a soft texture. It foams up really well and I can get by with less than a nickel size worth.
