Bought this during a liquid fast my hubby needed to take before a procedure. He also has a lapband and is diabetic. He really liked this drink - fruity orange flavor. Worked great. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Not horrible but definitely has an after taste that kind of reminds me of baby aspirin.

I used this as a pudding for a snack at night. The fruity flavor has no lingering aftertaste. It makes a nice size portion. It can have a bit of a grainy texture if not mixed well. Very satisfying.

Taste Great!

Does not mix well.I have tried putting the powder in the glass first, and tried adding it in after the water.. both times it get VERY CLUMPY and does not totally dissolve, the taste seems to be fine if you could get it all mixed.Really dissapointed, was hoping for a nice refreshing cold drink. Too expensive and I will not buy again

I needed more protein without another bar, smoothie or meats. Great taste too
