Includes nose pad
It would have been nice to know it included the nose pillow. I may have missed this in the product description. Nice surprise!!

Resmed Airfit N30i interchangeable with P30i Frama
Received the original RESMED Airfit N30i standard system wide cushion on 12 Jun 2021 (order placed on 7 Jun 2021). Came with only the frame, elbow connector and the wide nasal cushion as stated on the packaging. Hooked it up to my existing P30i nasal pillows and it works well.
