Plan the work, work the plan
Needed to install a few floating shelves. Job was pretty straight forward, it was a tight fit for sure and they ain't ever coming off those support brackets. The old adage of measure twice cut once will pay dividends on this project. Well built stuff - recommend it.

These are great shelf brackets!
I used these to install some new aspen shelving in my office. There are a few little intricasies to be noted with them: 1. They work best and will hold more weight if the the brackets are mounted into a stud. Use a stud finder to locate the edges of your studs, and center the brackets on them; and make sure they are level. 2. Make sure the rods on the brackets are 90 degrees from the wall, exactly, by using a square. Measure the center to center distance of the ends of the rods to get your drill spacing. 3. You will either have to chisel or router out the spot where the bracket face can fit into a recess to get your shelves flush with the wall. I highly recommend using the EVALD drill jig for drill the holes for the rods.

Good quality brackets
Really sturdy and well constructed. Product worked as expected. Came with a variety of installation screws and plugs to match individual needs. Only thing missing was a maximum weight indicator, but I was able to use two brackets to support a heavy 2β thick piece of wood and I had no concerns.
