We received defective product, the middle rod of the cart doesn't touch the ground/flat surface because of which cart is not straight, not able to sit or sleep on it

No quality control…
seems they don’t do even basic quality control to check if the bed opens😭..The product was delivered with leg screwed so that no way it can open (see the image). Even simple test to open it once would catch the error which thwy apparently dont do

Most worst product I have never seen.It is not standing properly, it is going to laid down if I sit or sleep. Waste of money and valuable time.
