Holy Bible: English Standard Version.

Love it, the cover and pages are nice and fresh

Someone I respect was talking about the English Standard Version of the Bible last year. Since I try to read a different version each year, I decided then that I would read the ESV in 2022. I appreciate the ease of reading and understanding this version. I make no profession of being a Bible scholar. However, after many years of reading the Bible, I believe this to be a solid translation that is presented in a manner that is helpful to those who struggle with some of the versions that may sound more scholarly. The English is more like everyday speaking so that anyone can benefit from reading it. I realize the Holy Spirit helps us with our understanding but using a translation written in a modern vernacular also helps.

A friend want a standard English version of the Bible and this is what they wanted. So pleased with it and came in good time

The media could not be loaded.  Bible 5 starts obviously.But I have to keep cello taping the oages back in. Not well made at all. I've already had to order a new bible after 2 weeks of buying this one :(

The bible I received seems to be of poor quality and the front cover is faded and flaking away. Overall I'm not very impressed by my purchase.

This is an easy to read version of the Bible. You do need to take care of it as you would any paperback book. It did arrive with the marks on the front cover that seem like some kind of greasy substance. This will do until I get a leatherbound one.Would recommend for bulk purchases and giveaway bibles.
