Q: Does It take long to dry or does it dry fast?

This color, you will probably need 3 thin coats and then the top coat. I use this polish all the time and i let each layer dry for 10 mins and then when the top coat is done I try not to touch anything for an hour, which I recommend because you dont want to knock a dent into your polish, but realistically it is completely dry in 20-30 mins. I just wait the hr for precaution.

Q: What would happen if I used uv lamp

I did not use a lamp, but it was more pink and heavy than a natural look.

Q: Is this a sheer pink color?

Not so much sheer but takes 3 coats to cover without brush strokes.
