It's okay.. to be honest i didn't check the water quality because i trust what they wrote, but it fall down from me and the glass broke up and idk how to find a spare glass 🙂

I’ve been getting really great results from using this. I’m in a process healing from chronic inflection and systemic inflammation (leading to chronic fatigue) and have had some of my best days in years since I started using this water bottle. It’s such a great deal for something that will last as long as it will (as opposed to an antioxidant supplement that must continually be repurchased). I love using it and have had no problems at all with it. I highly recommend it if you’re struggling with inflammation, oxidation or liver detox issues. It’s small and easy to bring with you, and can be used many times before needing to be recharged. I bought this model because previously I bought diferent model from the same seller and my husband and I literally fight for it. Instructions don’t match product. There is no “Max fill line” on bottle to indicate how much water to put in the bottle. Can this be dangerous if you over fill? It is a glass bottle :-/Website video shows Blueish purple light, instructions say there is a green charging light and it will go off when fully charged, but actual product has a red charging light. Of which I assume will turn green or blue when completed? Not that big of a deal. But the Max fill line is. Does anyone else have a Max fill line on their bottle?There is no option to contact seller. So aggravating.

Hi Will, Yes I received the Level Up Water in a very timely manner and it appears all functions work correctly. There are three colors of lights when the Level Up is plugged into a proper electrical outlet. Red = base unit is charging, green = full charged and blue = unit is producing hydrogen enriched water. It only takes about three minutes to create the water and I can definitely taste the difference in the water. It seems smoother, almost velvety and lighter. Another feature I like about the Level Up is the ability to travel long distances in my car while generating hydrogen water as I travel. The unit will create many containers of water while utilizing the battery, thus charging of the battery can be completed when the traveler stops for the night. Customers could be questioning the lights, however, the three colors don't all appear at the same time. Each color will show in the bottom rim of the glass container as the process completes each cycle. One last thing there is no "Max Fill" marking on the glass container and I cannot reason why one would be needed anyway. The unit does not create any high pressure only minimal hydrogen gas. I've filled it to the max and generated several batches of water with no problems at all. Very nice unit and this is my verified purchase review. I did not receive any compensation for the review. ADD WATER LEAVE SPACE IN TOP TURN ON TURNS BLUE RUNS ABOUT 2 MIN YOU WILL HEAR 2 BEEPS WATER IS DONE TURNS ITS SELF OFF .. FIRST BATCH NO BUBBLES THIS IS NORMAL FILTER HAS TO GET CHARGED FROM THERE ON YOU SHOULD BE GOOD ... WHEN IT NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED RED LIGHT WILL START FLASHING .... I GIVE IT A 5 STAR ... What a great new gadget! I saw a short advertising of the benefits of it on social media and since I struggle for years of bad skin and fatigue I had to try it out ( since I try everything else out there) let me tell you after a week or so using on daily bases I can notice changes in my skin it's amazing and I can tell it gives me more energy for the past 3 days I skipped my afternoon coffee for the first time in years. Great product definitely give it a try.
