Great taste
A great addition to my pantry. I make these regularly into muffins and use them for sandwiches. I don’t eat grains and these are a great substitute. They taste good and they have good texture.

I am an unhappy. Amazon cancelled my order and promised me a refund which I have not received .
I have ordered this bread before and it is delicious, I would give it 5 stars. . However, this time I ordered 2 boxes, was charged for them, . They did not arrive, the order was cancelled by Amazon and i have, to date not received a refund . So I am an unhappy customer . I am reluctant to purchase again until i have my refund . It is all very annoying ...... I have changed my rating to 5 stars as I have now received my refund . I will order again .

Best baking mix, healthy and tasty
Simple Mills products are known for their healthy ingrediants but oftentime healthy products are not as tasty as others. Their baking mix is delicous and requires just a few ingrediants to actually make the bread. The mix can be made into loafs or cupcake tins for muffin like bread. It just takes minutes to assemble the ingrediants and bakes up quickly. Of all of the places to purchase the mix Amazon is by far the least expensive if you buy the 3 box item.

Maybe a learning curve to bake, but tastes great!
I’m not sure what I did wrong, but I was completely unable to form this dough into anything that remotely resembled an actual loaf of bread. The dough was extremely sticky and didn’t function like traditional dough. I showed my husband the photo I’ve uploaded here and he asked me if I was baking a sea sponge. Ha ha.That said, I thought this bread tasted great! I have done the Keto diet in the past and had fantastic results, lost 15 pounds and felt great, but I found it difficult to maintain beyond a year or so. The cravings for carbs are just too intense, and unless you live by yourself in a cave somewhere away from civilization, it’s hard to keep up. At least it was for me.This bread is really good for a Keto bread. You will not mistake it for actual bread, but it is a good substitute and will help keep the cravings at bay. I ate about 1/2 the loaf in one day, but it is tiny. So, for me, this wouldn’t last long. I don’t think this will become a staple in my kitchen due to the small size, but I will buy it on occasion.

Affordable, healthy, and taste great
UPDATE: Taking a few stars off my rating. I'm really upset they increased the price. It's $10 now for one box instead of $6. It also increased on their site, $7.99 on the company's website not including shipping. I'm not sure why the sudden price increase but that's pretty significant when I just bought this less than a month ago for almost half the price.I just got this in the mail an hour ago and already whipped up some bagels (recipe on their website) and wow. One box made 10 bagels, could have gotten 12 if I made them smaller, which is pretty inexpensive at almost 50 cents each, compared to other gluten free bagels on the market that are $1-$3 per serving.I was too scared to try the dough plain since it smelled extremely vinegar-y so I threw in some garlic, parlsey, poppy seeds, salt and pepper, and 1/2 cup of cheese. I didn't need all of it though because the vinegar completely baked out. They taste like cheddar bay biscuits. The dough would make great cinnamon bagels too. The texture is like bread and not grainy or dry either. Also, the nutritional value of these is a lot better than typical bagels. For 10 bagels plus the cheese I added, they're 148 calories each, 15 g of carbs, 2.4 g of fiber, and 5 g of protein.I plan on buying this in bulk now and using it to just make bagels. I don't have a loaf pan but I have a donut pan and it's nice because the bread is portioned out and the bagels can also be used for sandwiches, snacks, like a dinner roll, or even topped like a pizza bagel. It gives you all the satisfaction of eating bread without actually eating any grains or gluten. And I was able to make them in under 30 minutes.

Best yeast-free, sugar-free bread mix I can find
Not sure why the nutrition facts are nowhere to be found on this page so I included them here. The box doesn't make this clear (the text is small and easy to miss), but the bread must be frozen or refrigerated as it has no preservatives. (!)I double the loaf recipe and cook for about two hours. It makes for a (very) expensive loaf of bread, but the slices are tall and I cut them thick, so they're filling, and I only need one slice at a time. I get about 14 slices this way, so two weeks worth of bread. I use olive oil in the mixr, but almost always add butter to a slice after toasting it, and before adding anything else. It rounds out the flavor and I really like the result. I have a bunch of precut wax (or sometimes parchment) paper and I put the loaf in a large gallon bag in the freezer, sticking a piece of paper between each slice, so they don't freeze together and I can easily grab one and toast it for breakfast. As someone who is disabled and needs some extra help, I appreciate not having to make a recipe from scratch to be able to follow a yeast free, low sugar, gluten-free diet (similar to the candida diet). I didn't think I would be able to have sandwich-sized bread at all, but am so happy to be able to have the versatility that this loaf gives me (with the added help of being available on Amazon Fresh delivery!) -- So glad I found this product :)

Flat Bread
I've had Celiac Disease for a few years, and this is my first time trying Simple Mills Almond Flour Artisan Bread Mix.I made flat breads from the mix. Sesame seeds on top of one flat bread, and black olives on the other. I did put them under the broiler after the baking time to brown the tops some. When cooled I taste tested each one and I was very impressed by the flavor of the flat breads! Who knew almond flour would make such a lovely flavor in breads? I certainly didn't know!I stored my flat beads in bread bags and put them in the fridge, and they softened more the next day. I cut a slice of the Sesame seeds flat bread and placed a slice of folded black forest gluten-free ham on top and the flavors all came together, beautifully!I just ordered 2 more boxes for making up the bread, and possibly the rolls, or a repeat of the flat breads. 😊
