My charge cable no longer worked and my camera wasn’t charging. Bought this to see if would charge my batteries. It comes with 2 extra batteries and it’s great to charge 2 batteries at one time and you can watch them charge which is also great. I recommend this.. it’s easy to use and it really does a great job. It’s compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of room and it only takes 4 hours to charge the batteries.🪫

I received these, charged them up and put them in my arlo cameras. The first charge and use went well. Then I charged them again and now no matter what I do these batteries say they have zero percent power when they are put in my cameras.

My old Arlo charging station broke, and I ordered this one which is compatible to my Arlo to system. It will charge two batteries at one time and has a sensor meter showing me that it is charging and when the battery is full. Connects to a USB outlet, and is easy to use. I own the Arlo to system and the batteries are the cube style. These batteries do not last as long as the Arlo brand but work well for me I now have enough battery to switch in an out without having to wait.

I purchased this primarily for the charger but with batteries being a nice addition.One battery was DOA a multimeter read out 1.15v output on arrival. After adding the battery pack to the charger for 24 hours it not reads .15v. Obviously the BMS discharged to stop the battery from exploding. I mention this because it’s nice to know the BMS on these cheaper batteries will actually serve their purpose.Even with 1 working battery and a charge controller it’s worth the price.

When the original Arlo charger and other chargers stopped charging my Arlo Pro 2 batteries, this one did the trick. I don't even need the camera batteries that came with this set because my 4-year old batteries charge again. I'm excited about the charger itself and the LCD display that shows if it's 25 50 75 or 100% full. I'll keep the batteries in case my old ones stop working again, but what a relief to find something that charges old batteries and gives me confidence moving forward. I was at my wits end with Arlo support and ready to switch to another security camera company. I can't comment on the battery life or longevity of the product yet because I just got it a few days ago, but it's been a great sigh of relief for me.

The first time I used these batteries, they blew up in the charger after sitting in the cradle for 24 hours. I had to order a replacement. The replacements stopped working after 2 charges.The fully charged batteries only last a few days to a week before they need to be fully recharged. DO NOT BUY THESE. They are very cheap quality and a waste of money. I give these two chances and I wouldn’t waste my money

I was not expecting these to last as long as the OEM batteries but hoped for more life that what they provided. I have 3 Arlo Pro camera. Changed batteries in all 3 cameras at the same time, 1 with the OEM and 2 with these generic batteries. All batteries were fully charged. After 3 weeks the generics drained to zero and the OEM still showed close to a full charge. I'll now stick with the OEM battery and use these only for short-term while the OEM's are charging. Very disappointed. I do like the charger with the LED readout, so bumped the rating from 1 to 2 stars.

UPDATING my review. The company reached out to me and gave me a replacement. They are working great. Great customer service.One would charge but the Arlo camera read it as malfunctioning and the second one only worked for 3 months. I wish I would have applied this money to the Arlo brand battery instead, or purchased somewhere where I had more than 30 days to find out they didn't work. Battery life less than 3 months.
