Everything fitted correct to this shell from my old Xcent key. Hassle-free installation. Only thing to make sure is you should have small star screwdriver with you.Happy with purchase

I'm using this for my i20 2014 model. im just giving it a 4 star because, there was not manual to tranfer the chip in to the new key. i moved only the key and the PCB , then the car didnot start. I had to google around to find out a small peice (may be a magnet) from the old key and move it to the new one. The new one didnot have a closure for this magnet.I used the one from the old one.Except for that, the quality of this is lot better and is sturdy as well.

The case quality is very good! looks original.Default key is provided. you have to visit locksmith to make the duplicate key. or you can install your previous key into this case.

It was for a 2012 Hyundai I20. It was really easy to switch components from old key FOB to new one, following a YouTube video. Works like a charm. The spring action for the key might not be smooth at first but with multiple uses it works like new. You have to remember to wind it twice before locking it into place though. Important step.

The delivery , packing ok. Only problem is the groove cut in key is in reverse direction. So it doesnot serve the purpose of cutting the desired key . Have to replace the entire key blade by removing the cutter pin. The thickness has to be filled out by taking it to a key maker and fixed. This could have been avoided if proper key shell was sent. Most important is this is not returnable nor replaceable. So be careful before ordering the product. Had to spend more than the value of key shell cover on fitting the key blade. I do not recommend at all.

I recently used this for my igen i20 2012 model. Though I was not so sure how will this work out when I ordered it, but now I must say that am impressed with quality and finish. Its infact better than original key shell from Hyundai. The actual process of moving the transponder/chip needs some patience. Overall value for money.
