Product fine except the taste
Mixed well and product and packaging was fine but the taste is ghastly and regretful, couldnt finish more than half the shake.Not sweet at all like you'd expect for strawberries & cream. Wouldn't purchase again as was hoping for something sweeter but in all fairness it's a personal preference and I can't fault the product itself other than that. Would avoid if you have a sweet tooth though.

Why I can't get a refund even though its not been opened
I can't use this bag, due to giving me stomach aches every time I used the one opened bag.I'm not happy at all, its not been opened and I also have another bag which also hasn't been used.

It's OK
This product is OK. I simply cannot take the full serving as product is far too sweet and undrinkable, furthermore my gut can't get on with the amount of fibre. I get very bloated and gassy after drinking the full serving. After trialing half a serving things improved however bloat is still an issue. Mixing some fresh sharp fruit improves the palate but defeats the purpose of convenience as you have to use a blender.I never had these problems with whey products, not for everyone.

Taste not as described
Not cookies and cream just tastes like chocolate. Herbalife is the only ones so far that actually taste like cookies and cream. It's definitely lasted a long time so price is ok.
