This stuff really works!
I cant lie, I had serious doubts about this product. Since it was so cheap I figured I couldnt really do any damage by trying it.Long story short, my metal front door was a terribly faded dark red, almost a greyish dirty red at this point. I really didnt want to have to repaint my door so I was looking for solutions. I came across this and it had pretty decent feedback. When it came in it was a day of pouring rain. I actually waited a few days until the humidity level was very low out. Then I hosed and cleaned my front door. I didnt realize how dirty it was on top of the faded paint. Then I opened up the box and separated all the stuff.I put the gloves on because I use gloves when Im typically doing some type of work around the house. When I opened up the wipe package I was glad I had the gloves on, this smelled seriously toxic. Because of that, I would highly highly highly recommend using this in a very open area. I started at the top of the door and started making solid wipes from right to left, overlapping a half an inch on the previous one.I got down to the bottom of the door with only using the cloth(flipping it around and inside out) and not touching the bottle of extra fluid. I probably should have opened the bottle as I did notice a little streaking with the overlaps towards the bottom half of the door. Nothing you could see from farther than 10 feet away though. When I did get done I immediately stepped back to look at it. I was awestruck. The door was a shiny crimson red. I could not believe how much it looked like it was freshly painted. Because I didnt have super high hopes for it, I never did a "before" picture, but I absolutely should have. Showing an after picture wont help sell the product, but I can assure you it was a complete rejuvenation.I let the door cure for about 24 hours before using it just so I didnt scrape it by accident or get fingerprints on it. And to be honest, as it was curing it actually developed a nice sweet smell. Im sure it was probably still toxic but at this point I was whiffing it a lot, made me hungry.Anyway, for what its worth, you have no reason not to try this product. I can attest that it actually works. And now since I have the whole bottle left over, Im looking for other things to try this on.

My bistro set looks like new!
I used this to refresh my faded black metal bistro table and chairs. The set has been in use for 20 years or so. Instead of trying to paint it I thought I'd try this first. Well, it worked very well! As I applied the clear coat to each item I kept checking back to make sure there weren't any dry spots and if there were, I immediately went back over that area. The application cloth is saturated with the Recolor product (it's in a sealed pouch) and that did most of the two chairs. Then I started applying some of the liquid in the bottle to the application cloth and continued on. I still have some of the liquid left. That bottle is only about 2 ounces so I didn't have to use much to finish up due to the fact the saturated application cloth went so far. I recommend trying this product first if you have doubts whether or not to repaint. This was fast and far less trouble than paint. Use in a well ventilated area out of the sun if possible. I put my bistro set in the garage and left the door open to apply. It's also best not to get the product wet for 24 hours so rain or dew or sprinklers should be taken into consideration.

Great product but don't get it on Amazon!
Amazing stuff, easy to use, no mess, BUT 3 of the 6 pads were dried out and unusable (very frustrating in the middle of a project!!) There was no way to return it, but Amazon Customer Service was great (when I finally connected with a human after 20 annoying minutes of circular voice prompts) and refunded the total. I had to buy more (to finish the unfinished project!) so I just ordered the 2 oz bottle with applicator. Hoping to have better luck this time. I think the premoistened pads were the precursor to the current product and I, and other reviewers, got the last of the old dried out stuff.Update: I reordered the bottle/applicator and Amazon said it was delivered "to my front porch" and it wasn't. When I finally got a human (after another 10 minutes of circular voice prompts) she said it hadn't been delivered and was due on the 6th. When it didn't come, I spent another frustrating 10 minutes getting another human who refunded that order as well. So I spent a week, had to deal with Amazon by phone 3 times, got two orders cancelled and got a total of 3 chairs finished because half of the pads were dried out. Oh, yeah, that product saved me tons of time! I don't know if the problems lie with the seller or Amazon, but do not order this on Amazon!!!!
