Item has mold floating in it. I've been giving it to my animals for 3 days now because I didn't know. This is my 1st experience with having mold in this product. I've bought it 3 other times and never had an issue.

The recommended .25 for a dog up to 10 pounds is too potent for very small dogs. Had to dial it back to half of .25 dropper for a 3.5 pound poodle.Don't like that is in a plastic bottle. Very expensive so there is no reason not to use healthier glass container.Update: the company contacted me and made it right. So they stand by their promise.

My beautiful 13 1/2 year old long haired male dachshund was suffering from Cushing’s disease. His vet said that melatonin might help control some of his symptoms. Initially she recommended the capsules that humans use but as he progressed it became more difficult getting him to digest pills. I ran across this liquid melatonin and thought I would give it a try. It was much easier to dispense and I noticed less tremors. He took these drops right up to the end. My only complaint is the plastic bottle that it is packaged in. Typically holistic and organic liquid supplements are packaged in brown or blue dark glass containers as plastic can leach negative chemicals into the supplement. The quality of the liquid melatonin helped my boy much more than the capsules but I would have preferred it be packaged appropriately, therefore the 3 star review. Upon receipt I would transfer the product into a brown glass bottle with a glass dropper. If packaged properly this would be a 5 star review.
