I've been taking the supplement for over a month. This was my first refill. I've in a difference in various symptoms I normally would have. I think they work beautifully.

I had been taking this supplement for several months when my doctor started me on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Once I began the hormones, I finished the bottle I had of these supplements, and then canceled my subscription. I didn’t figure I’d need these anymore if I were going to be taking actual hormones. I’ve been off these for about a week now, and I can tell a huge difference in my mood and hot flashes (especially my mood)! I find that I’m irritable again. I just restarted my subscription, and these cannot arrive soon enough! I can’t explain why or even if everyone would have the same results, but this REALLY works!

One week in . I noticed a difference after the first dose. Slept better and had less hot flashes.

This has been so helpful combating hot flashes and night sweats!! Felt a difference within days and only take one pill every morning. I know it says to take two, but I wanted to trial just one pill and it worked! Figure if I need more I can add another if/when it’s needed.

I bought this on January 24, 2025, because I ran out if my Estroven. I was on a budget and the reviews said it helped with several menopause symptoms. I started taking it right away, and with in a week I noticed I had a headache, I was dizzy and nauseous. I know how my body reacts to black cohash, but I wanted to give it time to adjust so I continued to take it. I figured after a while the side effects would lessen. THEY DID NOT!!! I continued to be sick, have headaches and became so dizzy it affected how I work. 23 daus after i started taking this medicine on February 16, 2025 I was so sick I couldn't even stand up. I stopped taking it that day. The headaches became less, no more dizziness and I the nauseous feeling has disappeared. I believe that for some this works, but not for me.
