Great product I’ve taken it for 4 months now, better sleep, less brain fog and mood swings are gone. It worked within first 2 weeks for me.

So I stumbled upon this product in my search for natural relief for hot flashes. I read reviews and gave it a try. The pills are slightly bigger than I like and if I don't take them with food I can taste them in burps, which is not a pleasant flavor. After about 5 weeks of taking these pills twice a day, I noticed a difference, my hot flashes were cut in half. Understand I was having about 20 plus hot flashes a day, it was miserable. After being on the pills for 6 plus months I cut my hot flashes down to maybe 2 a day. As a year of taking them approached, I began to get more hot flashes again, like the pills were not working. So I went completely off them for a month and a half, struggled with many hot flashes again, then started the menopause support pills back up taking two pills a day. After 4 weeks, minimal hot flashes, yay!!! This stuff is amazing and so reasonably priced. So happy this company cares about women. Thank you Nature's craft. I would like to add that once the pills started to work, not only did it eliminate the number of hot flashes but it also lessened the severity of a hot flash. Do not hesitate on purchasing this product, give it a try.

So far these have been very effective in controlling hot flashes which for me is by far the most significant symptom that I experience. I used to take just black cohosh by itself but this has it in it as well as other ingredients that also help with mood. The price is good. I would buy these again.

I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.

I have put on so much more weight when using this and it does not help with menopause

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically... now a month in...I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.
