So far these have been very effective in controlling hot flashes which for me is by far the most significant symptom that I experience. I used to take just black cohosh by itself but this has it in it as well as other ingredients that also help with mood. The price is good. I would buy these again.

I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.

Product is easy on the stomach with no upsets. Seems to be working as stated. No Night Sweats and lost a couple pounds as well. Ordering again.

I've read the reviews on these pills and my personal experience I'm 💯 percent satisfy. The relieve of the hot flashes has basically disappeared, gone. I'm ordering my 2nd bottle. By the time I finish my 2nd bottle and I continue feeling the way I've been feeling without hot flashes gone I will subscribe cause them hot flashes were the worst and I was a very unhappy camper on how I was feeling. This is my personal experience and its been great and I'm so thankful for these pills. The only advice I can give we're all different it may or may not work the way it did for me, but I do say give it some time to work. I started feeling relieve within my 1st week of starting the pills.

I really love this product! It has great ingredient! I always prefer to use natural ingredients instead of prescriptions. This definitely helps with hot flashes. If you haven't found anything that at least improves your hormonal issues, it's worth trying.

I have put on so much more weight when using this and it does not help with menopause

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically... now a month in...I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.
