I have been taking this for 1 year, as a 80 + year old I have a full head of air.

I am 73 years old and my hair has been thinning for a long time. I have tried a lot of other products from supplements to hair treatments without much success at all. I feel I got suckered into buying these - I should have just bought 1 bottle but now I can say I've wasted my money - I had bought another product before and I DID see a tiny bit of growth but it costs more (makes sense now why) but I googled top 5 and this came out as number 1 but looking back I think it was this company promoting and I didn't take my time to look into it. I wish I could just be refunded but I'll write this since I can't and maybe help someone else. Very Very Very SAD

I had high hopea for this to help my hair to get healthy again.. Unfortunately, as soon as I started taking it, my ankles swelled way up! So no, I can't give this a good review.

I read some reviews and decided to give them a try. I've taken them for about a month. What I did see was less hair in the sink than ever before. I used to have so much hair fall out I should have been bald. I will continue using this product. Try it.ThanksKris
