I tried some other computer cables. My computers were getting older. They gave the appearance of turning slow. I tried getting them tuned up some. I also was able to buy my own Moden from century link which was renewed. It worked enough also to revitalize my computers and bring them back to a more working condition. I also noticed with then new Modem that they have there own form of cables. They are called patch cords. There own equipment seems to work well new. I tried the cabels more like the ones from company's called patch caples and they worked well kefeping the power going it did not cut off. Patch cables are like the ones shown on the product picture. They are like a air tight Plastic, small bound materials they hold the cableling in the best. The wireing is protected the most the Ethernet seems better with them it doesn't cut out every so often. It stays strounger. The signel stays like new.Other cable cords don't work as well on the wireing they have the cords are to lose bound woven material is actually alot weaker.

These cables seem like they are great quality. With the flat design, they don't get tangled and are easily manageable while the colors help me quickly identify what devices are hooked up to what ports in regards to my entertainment center. While a lot of forums argue against using flat Cat6 cables vs. normal, round cables due to signal interference issues over longer runs, I don't think it's a problem w/ these shorter cables and I haven't noticed any drop in signal quality when testing speeds. I picked these up to basically route ethernet from a switch running from my primary Google WiFi Router to hopefully help remove some of the burden on the wifi network and speed up my Xbox One, Support my Hue Bridge and also feed internet to my Samsung Flat Screen. I needed a little bit longer cable to route through the wall to the Samsung since the port is on the TV and not the separate OneConnect Hub that all the other ports are routed through, but the 5' sections worked perfectly for hooking up all the other devices.

Very happy with these cables. Try to hardwire most everything in our home offices. And tracing cable can sometimes be a pain when they are all the same color. These are great for making tracking down connections easy. Have been using for months, swapped out LAN switches, changed router, add devices, moved things around and never a cable problem. Like so much, bought more.

Concept - Excellent. It is great to get matching cables in different colors, so that they can be run side by side with instant recognition.Quality - Very good. Being flat may make them more succeptible to injury than a round cable, but I think the next point trumps that concern.Tuckability - Excellent. You can crack the baseboard, etc, drop the flat cable inside, where a round cable could never go. Thus, 1) future injury is solved (it won't be hit by a vacuum, for example) 2) it looks very nice asthetically.That's why I highly recommend them. In addition, the retailer shipped well and quickly. I'd use this retailer again.

I bought this 5-pack of Cat-6 flat Ethernet cables for use with my ham radio station. The cables are perfect to go between my radio modem (hotspot) and local Ethernet connection. Because they're flat, the cables can go pretty much anywhere without the bulk of round cables. Highly recommended.

I make my own cables for the most part, but I must say, these are nice to have. The price was very good, they are flat so more versatile than the round counterparts, and having different colors does make it easier for matching home decor. I use them mainly for under thin rugs that round cables are felt when walking across. So far all work well and are well made. I usually wait a long time before reviewing so as to give the product time to show problems, however these have worked very well, and with simple designs, it doubtful they will fail anytime soon, however if they should, I will be editing my review so others will know

I used these with a new server rebuild and are solid in my opinion. Looks like my speeds are fine and I like the colors because it's kind of an easy thing for a marking system, instead of manually labeling everything. I'll definietly buy from this place in the future. Also, I like the flat design makes it easy to hide behind things that are close to the wall or under doors.
