This laxative is gentle but effective - have not had any pain using it.

After a few days it took me a week to get back to regularity. I only took two tablets per day not multiple times. Whatever this is mixed for it was far to strong for me. I will be throwing about 240 of the 250 capsules away and will never again use. Perhaps someone with a greater problem can use but frankly I would not advise without consultation with a Doctor.

well, it doesn't actually work as a laxative for me but it makes stools particularly stinky like an old folk's bathroom after they use the toilet for #2. I have to use an aerosol spray to mask the odor because it's just ...'weird' smelling.
