Great delivery
With a sub zero cold front, my furnace was pronounced broken and required replacement. After consultation I determined purchasing through Amazon was a far better price than my contractor could get from the local warehouse. Problem was delivery was quoted to be 10 days. I opted to order because the savings was worth the wait. 2 days later I was contacted by the freight company my furnace was set for delivery 1 week early. Furnace installed and running fine. Under promised over delivered!

Don’t waste your money
I bought this worthless crap in August 2024. Over $2000 spent and the very first winter with this furnace and it is not working. We called a heating company and they told us the motherboard board needed to be replaced. Don’t waste your money.

Well worth the upgrade and get a 2 stage thermostat
It arrived via semi 4 days after ordering. Met driver on the road. It comes on a wooden pallet and furnace is not too heavy. One person can move it as I did and use a two wheel cart. I purchased this furnace as my marathon furnace was 19 years old and could not be fixed anymore. Plus the steel condenser rusted out. Goodman makes marathon and footprint is identical. These furnaces are about 12 inches shorter than the older furnaces so you have to build a plenum spacer to make up the gap. This is my second season running the furnace and it's been great. The 2 stage really does save on propane because you only run half power when your house is only a few degrees cooler than thermostat setting. Get the 2 stage thermostat as you wont get the efficiency with a standard thermostat even though manual says you can use one. If you use propane you will have to get the conversion kit and in that kit you get the adapter to connect your manometer to set pressure. Furnace came with the drain kit and hose fittings. Ordering this furnace here saved me thousands of dollars. At least $2500 being it's easy to install with some general knowledge of HVAC and plenty of help out there.

Warranty is crap. Year old furnace and already not working
Pressure switches both high and low have cracks where aire escapes where the 2 pieces of plastic for front and back are plastic welded together. Got a reply back amd they can't send new ones.
