I switched to this brand of Magnesium glycinate because there’s nothing else in their capsules, just pure magnesium glycinate. I am so happy to have found a clean Magnesium supplement, and this one works great!Each capsule has 100mg of elemental magnesium so I tend to just take 1-2 a night and that works for me. I like that their facility is NSF certified as well, I will be a customer for many years.

I’ve been using this product for months now and I definitely notice a difference in my quality of sleep. They work but you have to take several (3 or4). Wish they were more potent so we don't have to take so many pills.

I purchased this product as it was stearate free. I have a very sensitive stomach and I've had no issues whatsoever. I started with 1 tab about 2 hours before bedtime and now take two. After about 3 weeks I really noticed a difference in a more restful sleep. No fatigue, just calm and restful. I will absolutely be repurchasing.

I strongly regret buying this. The capsule is so large that it gets stuck in my esophagus despite drinking plenty of water. It has irritated my esophagus. I really wish the capsules were small. I even tried pouring the capsule content in food to help with swallowing but it tastes so bitter that I couldn't swallow it. What a waste of money!
