Recommend by a friend, I purchased the tea as I felt bloated and needed a gastric reset.I drank one cup mid morning with ginger and lemon, by the evening my bloating had subsided. These tea bags REALLY do work, can cause mild cramping and frequent loo visits so don't overdo consumption.

This product basically does what it’s supposed to do but beware and make sure you clear your schedule for at least 2 days or so when you do use it because you and the toilet seat will be besties and will be in there the whole day.
