Miyabi Birchwood GS2 7-pc Knife Block Set

my son showed me his set of knives and told me everything about the manufacturing process. We own a high end custom cabinet shop and I appreciate quality and craftsmanship in all things. I was so impressed with this product I just had to add it to my kitchen tools.

The best knives thus far we've purchased. I picked this set up for my wife as a Christmas present! She absolutely loves them. Out of the box they are super sharp! Balanced feel in the hands and the birchwood handle is very comfortable.The set comes with the most used set of knives. But shall you need additional, you can purchase individually. Which I plan on doing in the future. As a plus, it also serves as a great decorative piece on the counter. Highly recommend.

Knives are great, the block is stupid because it is not made specifically for the knives

The knives look very nice but came without the correct steel. It came with a cheap 11$ Henckels steel instead of the 199$ original.
