Looks gorgeous - but not a great toaster
I love this toaster. It looks fabulous in the kitchen and I smile whenever I use it. But.... it hardly browns the bread, and even then only one side. For me, this is less important than aesthetics. It looks amazing!!!! 4-stars for the style but loses a star because of the functionality.

Arrived broken
This is a beautiful toaster but unfortunately it wasn’t working when it arrived. Luckily my father was able to fix it for me. He told me that the problem he identified meant that the toaster had never worked before. I shouldn’t have been sent an item that didn’t work. Fortunately now that it has been fixed it is a great product.

Lovely toaster!
Gorgeous little toaster. Bought alongside the matching kettle and both look beautiful in my kitchen. Aside from looking aesthetically great, it cooks a nice bit of toast!

Not a great toaster
Great to look at and matches my other EB products but not a great toaster which is surprising for Russell Hobbs that make it for EB - seems to burn the bread on whatever setting I use
