What size leather gloves will fit over these comfortably?

I purchased Magid Linesman size 10.5 leather gloves to wear over these, its a good fit

Are these class 0 gloves and do the leather gloces you wear on top come with it ?

This gloves are made in China. No class marking (unless you can read chinese). The leather gloves are not included. You might need 2XL or 3XL size to fit over them. They are bulky.

Do these gloves have an expiration date?

unless its on the sticker and its in chinese NO

Will these handle a 10KV electric fence?

In the description says it works up to 12kV. I did not try them over 250V.
