My issue with my golf swing is that my body tends to sway making for an inconsistent swing and reduced power. The Velopro Golf Swing Training Aid helps to get my body into alignment and I can feel it when I start to sway. Looking forward to taking the results out to the course.

The veloPro is a very effective training aid. It helps you feel power from the ground up. I use it for golf but I can see it's effectiveness for baseball and other sports. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it's a little awkward when you first start using it. I'd buy it again though!

It is simple to use and helps the player to use his lower half of his or her body the way it is supposed to maximizing the lower half in hitting and pitching. It is used by MLB, NCAA teams, small colleges and everyone serious about their baseball and softball training and development.My son has used this for two years and trains with Jim and his BLE staff three times a week year round.
