What are the ingredients?

Just ginger and garlic, I believe, however I've thrown the jar away. Look at the closeup of the ingredients in the picture. I will say that this only added a very weak ginger/garlic flavor to my food. I ended up using a half cup or more in curries.

How long will this last in the fridge, opened? It smells fine, but it hase been in there for a veryyyyyy long time.

We had ours in the fridge for about a year and it was still fine. No promises, but if it smells fine, it probably is fine.
