Great stand for TOYS!
This is really a great saddle stand! Sturdy and pretty realistic, great for displays or toy barns. I love the real wood construction! I use it to build my miniature saddles on, and I have another one in my barn for displaying them too! It is definitely for toys/miniatures, and a real saddle will not fit on it!

MY 12 YR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER IS 'HORSE CRAZY.' SHE HAS A SUBSTANTIAL COLLECTION OF BREYER HORSES, PARTLY FROM HER DAD.........WHO IS ALSO A HORSE NUT FROM AGE 8. LOLFOR HER RECENT BIRTHDAY, SHE TOLD ME SHE WANTED ANOTHER BREYER HORSE........SHE ALSO HAS THE BARNS, TRUCK & TRAILER, FENCES, SADDLES AND OTHER TACK. SO THIS ADORING GRANNY BOUGHT A HORSE, WINTER BLANKET W/ MATCHING BOOTS AND A SADDLE RACK, WHICH SHE DID NOT HAVE. SHE LOVED THE HORSE, BLANKET AND BOOTS, BUT SHE IS CRAZY ABOUT THAT RACK. AND, HAS ASKED FOR MORE......HER UNCLE IS IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING ONE FOR HER PATTERNED AFTER THE REAL ONE IN THEIR TACK ROOM FOR HER, FOR BOTH HER BREYER WESTERN AND ENGLISH SADDLES, AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. (OTHERWISE, I WOULD BUY A COUPLE MORE!!!)

Funny story...
Needed a saddle stand for my new "real" saddle... Saw this beautiful piece with such a low price. "Must be a close out" I thought... So, I bit!Couldn't stop laughing when I opened up the small shipping package and found this!!!Now, I guess bill have to buy a "little"saddle to go on it... And pay more attention to the small print!

Very sturdy
This saddle stand is very sturdy. It fits the traditional Breyer saddles perfectly. My daughter loves it! It is a bit pricey but worth it.
