Great product! It even came granulated with something around 1mm granule diameter; great flowability if you need that sort of thing. I was just producing calcite with equimolar concentrations of it and sodium carbonate at room temperature. The calcite will adhere to surfaces during the reaction, but that's not the seller's fault.

This is saving some of my canning season.I was having issues with too soft of pickles and peppers being canned. After using this, the very first batch was way better with a good crunch.This is the same ingredient as ball or mrs wages canning crunch. FYI

I purchased this in place of Ball brand (aka pickle crisp) I’m very happy with purchase. Know that this is a huge amount if purchasing for pickles. More than I’ll use in a lifetime but great value. I’ll be able to share with fellow canners for sure 😀

Lo use para producir queso y funciono muy bien.

The product is good. The packing needs attention, the lid was loose, luckily not all the way, it could have been a disaster. A simple piece of tape around the screw cap would solve this problem.

Couldn’t locate pickle crisp, which I use when canning. Substitutes with this. Same ingredient and more cost effective.

I bought these CaCl granules so that pasteurized milk can be used to make cheese at home. The amount needed is small to make a solution which is added to the warmed milk. This promotes coagulation and curd formation once the rennet is added. Honestly, this 2 pound canister will last for years to come.

Considero importante que debería traer algunas instrucciones de uso para por ejemplo hacer queso, cual sería la cantidad para diluir en agua o agregar directamente a la leche. O tener información en la web .
