I love this product. Made it much easier to use the bathroom after surgery. Highly recommend if toilet is low and bending to sit is unbearable .

The cushion slips all over the lid and will not stay in place. Cleaning the mess it made was a nightmare. It is a shame someone does this to a person that needs help. What a joke, should have burned my money in the backyard.

My husband found the added height very helpful, but was afraid he would slip off.

Definitely a thick cushion. Not the best functionality. Caused a big mess from not sitting on it just so.

This seat fell apart after less than a few months use. The plastic cracked and its hard to clean the seams. The bands also failed and the seat didn’t stay in place very well.

Would have been good if straps didn't break . Straps are very cheap for a good cushion. Cushioning is great. Three of the four straps broke completely off on the first use.

I purchased this for my mom after surgery last year but just recently had the opportunity to try it myself and boy was I disappointed! I mean it's soft and comfy enough but I found the inside edges of the open center often got wet (lady's use so aim wasn't the issue), and the open center is just too small to allow for wiping very well. Plus it was very difficult to get the velcro straps onto the toilet seat. I just tossed it in the garbage as I don't think giving it away or donating it would be sanitary, and it was too late to return. Bummer. Sounded so good.
