I'll start off by saying, these are not Monte Blanc quality replacements.Where they fall short of Mont Blanc:1)They are undeniably not as smooth as a genuine Mont Blanc roller ball cartridge. They are good, but if you hand it to someone else to write, that person isn't going to comment on how nice it feels, which I have had happen with a genuine Mont Blanc.2) I'm not sure what voodoo Mont Blanc does to there cartridges, but I can hold one of those cartridges on the paper in a single spot and it will rarely if ever bleed. These refills will bleed if there is hesitation in your writing. They don't bleed like a Pilot V7 which are horrible about bleeding, but they will bleed.That said, these refills work just fine. They last about equally long to a Mont Blanc refill from my purely anecdotal experience. The ink is dark, the writing is smooth, and the feel is very good for the price point. I am not disappointed in these refills and will continue to use them.

Couldn’t believe the price so I thought I would give them a try. I have always bought MontBlanc replacement roller balls for the past 30 years. So when the pack came I immediately took out the MB cartridge and gave it a go with one of these. I was totally amazed! Smooth flowing ink from my first letter to eventually half a page. No skips no drag just smooth flowing ink to paper. So far it feels like a Mont Blanc original. If you’ve never written it a MB roller ball it’s hard to convey how it feels when using the pen. It’s not just how the pen feels in your hand it’s the transfer of ink to paper that’s so much of the experience. So my ultimate judgment is still pending but so far I am completely delighted with these rollerball replacements.

I received a beautiful Montblanc rollerball as a gift. I was looking for refills which were less expensive than Montblanc. Honestly... these are okay. The ink is a good color, only slightly less vivid than Montblanc. These cartridges skip, though. I have tried a few of them, and they all behave the same. I still prefer a $3 Pilot G2 for writing feel and quality. Or Waterman ballpoint, or ... Bic ballpoint? Why is it so hard to find a smooth and even writing rollerball? I mean, they're ink, and they write. But so does my free hotel pen.

It is so smooth. It makes writing more fan. The original refill is made in Japan. It works and costs 10 time as this one. This writes way better. Actually I can control my writing (making the stroke thicker or thinner) which makes me loving this refill so much.

The last time I needed refills I ordered the original Mont Blanc refills. They were expensive and they constantly skipped. They were terrible. I ordered these and so far they work very well. No issues at all. And I saved a ton of money.

Great replacement for my MB pen for form, fit & function. Fits well and actually writes better than the original. The originals did not have much ink so even if it has the same amount of ink it is a much better value.

Great refill for a Montblanc or a counterfeit Montblanc. Much better than paying a million bucks for the real thing when basically, it's a metal cylinder full of ink.

These refills were less than 1/2 the price of the Monblanc refills and I honestly cannot tell the difference. I only use a Montblanc pen at my job and it's nice to know there is an economical alternative.
