The flavor is great. Instead of two cups each of hot and cold water, I only use one cup of each as I like a more intense flavor and a smaller portion.

Decent enough lime flavor.
The lime flavor is pretty decent. I've had lime flavored foods that taste like Pine-Sol. This at least tastes like lime. It makes a really nice lime poke cake. Especially if you're using the different refreshing jello poke cake recipes. Such as orange, lemon and lime. If you like lime jello, don't choose the off-brand. There's some kind of Pine-Sol aftertaste. I'm not up for eating pine trees. I want something that tastes like lime if it's supposed to be lime, so give this one a try.
