Great way to cook chicken
Cooking a chicken definitely is quicker in one of these and the steam generated makes it more succulent. But I think there are probably better versions of this. The lid is quite a wobbly fit, doesn't sit properly on the base so steam escapes in cooking. Also, not suitable for an extra-large chicken as this will either be too wide (legs will poke out the sides) or too high (lid won't lie down fully). Better for a medium chicken. But it is really easy to clean (goes in dishwasher) and to store (lid sits upside down in the base). Recommend for someone eating modestly sized chickens!
