Came bubble-wrapped with the back paddles, no case, cord, or extra sticks. I actually prefer it to my elite 2 (which has one shoulder button that needs to be hammered to register any press.) Controller is in fantastic condition and works just as it should. I love it.PSA: these controllers (both generations) are notorious for issues. My old Elite 1 was perfect until the grips started coming off (after 700 hours of Monster Hunter). Mine was a little late in arriving but that’s to be expected for the holidays.

Nice controller but I’ve only had it 2 days and there’s already an issue with one of the triggers. The “LT” trigger only goes down half way. When playing shooters which I specifically play, when I hold down LT it’s acting like I’m spamming it even though it’s pushed down as far as it will go, which is only half way. The other trigger goes all the way down, so why is this one all of a sudden going down Justin half way. Kinda bummed

Absolutely love this controller. It works perfectly, even better than the 1st gen Elite controller I have in black. This one is an updated version.It does NOT come with the gold parts. I bought those separately (Snakebyte, here on Amazon). It was super easy to disassemble, mod the controller, and reassemble.If you’re a casual gamer, it might not be worth the price tag. But if you play often and want a sturdier controller with a few fun extras (trigger locks, optional paddles, customizable thumb sticks), I do recommend this one.

this is a must have for competitive FPS players. The controller is well made and gorgeous and has more options than my $200 SCUF PS4 controller. The toggle buttons in the back come automatically set up for jump, crouch, and weapon swap. The optional trigger locks are a neat touch as well and can be turned on and off w/a switch. It takes some time to get used to but once you do there is no going back to a standard controller.

This controller has four paddles under the grips that are easily accessed by your fingertips. Once mapped, these paddles make it easier for you to access the primary or most used buttons (like the left bumper or right bumper) during aggressive game play. Maybe even to easy. If you aren’t careful when you put down the controller, you might easily press one. My only real disappointment was with the button mapping. In many games, it’s common to need to press two buttons at the same time in order to perform a third function. For the amount of money involved, it would have been nice to be able to map a combination (example LEFT BUMPER plus X) to one paddle in order to reduce the number of movements necessary to perform that action. Overall, it’s a very good controller. It is not an amazing controller.

I like a lot of things about this controller but the quality is garbage. I’ve had mine barely a year and the Left bumper won’t come back up all the way and the plastic piece and be pulled off very easily.For this price, you should be able to get more than a year from it.

I thought the setup was pretty easy when it came to mapping the paddles on the back. I think the magnetic design is neat, i like the domed analog stick for my right analog. Really has helped in FPS style games. Other subtleties I enjoyed was the ease of hooking a headset into it if you're not using a wireless one (you could probably hook in normal earbuds and they'd work great) + the fact you can use this wired (or wireless) for power is really convenient. The cord is long enough and I always get annoyed with batteries so it's nice to not have to worry about charge on the controller or headset , while still getting all the benefits advertised.
