A really amazing high quality set! I have been using these in my home gym and they are very sturdy and heavy duty. The weights are accurate and let me tell you these will exhaust you! The door sling is great and works above a door, under it or on the side of a closed door. It doesn’t slide around. There are so many ways to use these. I haven’t used the little stretchy bands that came with it. I really only use the bigger cables with the handles or the ankle cuffs. Latest research shows bands and cables are the way to increase size and power and I am very happy with how strong these are.

I was actually expecting a very cheap set of bands that wouldn't last very long. This set comes with really good quality items. The accessories give you the ability to work about about any muscle you could need. Amazing buy for when you simply can't get to the gym. I highly recommend this set. The carrying bag makes it really nice and mobile too!

--<>--Overall Thoughts--<>--I really wanted to love this set of bands, but the smaller handles are just not something I can get used to. I'm sure they would be fine for lots of people, just not me.--<>--What I Like--<>--+ Very low price for the amount of stuff you get+ It comes with a 6th band, when most other sets only come with 5--<>--What I Don't Like--<>--- The small handles that make too much noise when in use, and rub the sides of my hands/palms- The carabiners are very small and are not super easy to swap in/out of the handles--<>--Reason For Rating--<>--3/5 because I really feel the handles and carabiners are the lifeblood of resistance bands. If they aren't of good quality it just makes using them gross and clunky.

The bands and accessories seem to be well made and done so with quality materials. The set is easy to use and fits back into the travel bag quite easily, making these great to take with you as you travel. My only complaint is about some of the suggested exercises shown in the included booklet. Is the guy in that book 3' tall? I am 6' tall and some of the exercises where they show him standing on the bands with two feet and extending both arms above his head are not possible. I feel like the bands are at their extreme limit and might snap. I've found ways around this to get the same exercise done, but I seriously think the model in the book is a tiny, tiny man-baby.

This is just as pictured, really nicely made and we HV had zero problems. Took me a while to figure the door thing out lol as I've nvr used a set like this b4 but once I did wheewhoo I CLD use the lower weight lol hoping to work my way up soon lol. Good purchase n awesome price.

These bands do the trick! My son has been lifting weights at Dad’s house. At my house, he maintains the routine with these bands. He keeps showing me new exercises he can do with them. I like the circular ones, I’ve added those to some of my yoga poses. They have a little pouch to store the bands in, I’m very happy!

I'm super happy I gave this set a try. There was a coupon at the time I purchased and it was a great deal. The set is very nice and I like the wide range of bands to use. The handles are pretty soft, but not too soft. So far the set is holding up well and I definitely recommend it!
