Goodnight Ellie, Goodnight Marguerite: A Baby Book for Best Cousins

Teaches children it is okay to be different; most of all, it teaches that family is family. Ending everyday on a good note is healthy behavior to teach. I would recommend this bedtime story for those who live away from family (such as military folks who move frequently).

This is a great read - a sweet, very well-illustrated story about some best cousin buddies. My two year old demanded it every night for at least 2 weeks, calling it his "Ree-reet Book", short for "Marguerite" from the story. I don't usually go for books by un-established authors, but Kevin Jolivette nails it here. Hope to see more out of him.Is there any way to get an alert when new books by the author come out?

Such a beautifully written story for cousins near AND far! I love how the story is so relevant with today’s busy culture, yet still focuses on the most important aspect in life: family. I can’t wait to gift these adorable books to my nieces!!!

Had all my grandkids together today, cousins to each other. I read it to them and I loved it. Such a sweet story

We bought this book for my almost 3 year old who is expecting a new cousin soon. It's short and very sweet. It's become an instant favorite at bedtime. We hope to be sharing it one day with her new cousin.

The focus is on long distance. I was hoping it was just about cousins.

The book is cute and pages look nice, but the resolution on the front of the book looks terrible! This reminds me of a knock-off DVD bought in Chinatown, NY... I think my home printer could do a better job :-(

Really like the concept of the book as there aren’t many children’s books available for cousins.I would say though that the quality print of the book really lacks. The colours and print look like they’re was not much thought out into it.
