Nice traction, thick. Made the rug comfortable to step on. Only issue was a faint weird smell but not noticeable once placed under the rug

This is my 3rd purchase of this item in different sizes. I absolutely love this rug pad and how it feels under the rug. It is so well made too and a great price. No more deteriorating rug pads for me.

Great runner pad! Walking on a cloud
Feels like a cloud when I walk on the runner now. Doesn't slip as much as the crappy last runner I had (the popcorn-like ones). Kinda smelled like a skunk at first, but that faded in a day. Highly recommended!

PERFECT!
After purchasing a runner rug for my kitchen so that my elderly dog could come in there and sit, the rug started slipping and sliding all over the floor. I purchased some of those adhesive corners to put the rug down and that was a freaking disaster I managed to get all of the residue off my floors.This just arrived I put it down on the floor. It’s a perfect fit, it does not slide, it adds a lot of extra cushion to the rug, I am very pleased.save yourself the trouble And just buy this rug pad instead of trying to do a shortcut with the adhesive corners that don’t work for crap.

Great for under rug, but I use it without a rug over it.
Great product. Thicker than I thought it would be. Does not slip or slide. Would definitely buy it again.

Love the rubber backing. Have bought this brand for other larger carpets without rubber backing and love the feel of them. This most recent purchase is for a carpet in a high traffic hall. Holds well and feels nice under foot.
