I am on my 3rd reading of this, and I just received it today! I love the layout and the recipes look phenomenal! I am a very experienced cook and these recipes are not dumbed down for beginners. They are easily followed for every kind of cook! Congratulations to the author!

This is a great book for those of us that can use some help creating special platters for entertaining. Love the recipes for hummus, various other dips and spreads. The pictures are ideal for ideas on how to set up your charcuterie board. Also, very cool, is that there are featured experts that share their recipes and stories. I plan to visit some of them whenever possible. Hope to see more from this author.

Amazon really needs to flag whether a book is primarily focused on or written for one particular country. It’s a nice book but one for our American cousins primarily.
