AK Anne Klein Women's Fondly Leather D'Orsay Pump

The only drawback was that I had to return it for a smaller size. Generally speaking, I wear a 7 in flats but go up to a 7.5 in heels to give myself a little more comfort in the toe box. I ordered a 7.5 and it was really really big - like even a heel pad wouldn't help big. I could have put on wool socks and still flipped out of them. So I returned (completely hassle-free! - thank you!!) for a 7. They came today and still a little large, but nothing a heel pad wouldn't fix...and a day on my feet (swelling) won't make me want to cry.The shoe itself is well-built, has some light padding (its an Anne Klein flex, so its that kind of padding), and a rubber sole so you won't sound like a Clydesdale when walking. I haven't worn these yet, but have had several AK and AK flex shoes and loved all of those so, I don't anticipate these being an exception.

LOVE these heels! They are so comfortable and stylish! The heel height is PERFECT! I've worn these to work and with a cocktail dress, so they work both ways. I usually wear a size 9, and that is what I bought in these. They fit a tiny bit large, perhaps because of how they are open on the inside of the arch (but I LOVE that style detail), so I put in some heel grabbers on the inside of my shoe and it keeps my foot in perfectly.(Age range - 30-35)

The shoes are too large for me, though I have another Anne Klein pair (different stile) that fits just right. So I would have to return these. Otherwise they would be perfect - light and comfortable, and look nice.

More comfortable than my higher heel black pumps, but can still be uncomfortable if I have to stand for too long a period of time.

Cute shoe, however way too large. I was sad that I couldn't order my size as they were sold out.. Fast refund.

I couldn't walk more than 4 or 5 minutes while wearing these shoes. The design caused a lot of pain in the ball and toes of my feet. They were too narrow in the toe box, but so large in the back that my heel came out of them with every step. Maybe I'm just a crybaby--I can't return them after wearing and walking in them a couple of hours--but I won't get any more Anne Klein footwear any time soon.

I have several Anne Klein pumps and love them all. This particular style does not fit like the others. I read other reviews but felt sure they would fit perfectly as the others in the same size. They DO NOT! I would recommend purchasing a smaller size.

Great shoes. Goes well with anything. Looks really great with skinny jeans and skirts. Very comfortable.
