Top quality!
I have nothing but good words to say about these double-ply knee sleeves, have been a fan of Best Gear products for a while and these haven't let me down at all.Size-wise, I normally flitter between sizes and often guides aren't always spot on but the size guide image above was good for myself. I verge at the top end of the sizing for the large with it giving me close to a competition fit but not overly tight so that I couldn't wear them for longer training sessions which is what I wanted them mostly for. Getting the sleeves on due to their length is a bit of a job but this is to be expected due the size of my calves, yes they're bigger than the average bear's. If the sleeves slide on easily they're not going to give the right support over the smaller area of the knee. There is a handy video on the Beastgear website showing how to put them on. I find folding the tops and bottoms over and pulling from the bottom worked best, as I always do with long sleeves.Construction and material-wise, they are well put together with the outer fabric's weave not only looking good but most importantly of all gives the impression that it won't split or degrade like some neoprene sleeves often do when worn for serious leg work and big lifts. The sleeves fold / crease through the different stages of a lift perfectly with no excessive bunching which results in a decrease of support. The support has been just right for myself especially when coming out of the hole, either in a controlled manner or using bounce relfex which the sleeves assist too.Am I breaking PBs as a result of wearing these, if you train right you'll always break PBs. These definitely do not bring about any physcological doubts or support worries when down in the hole which takes away one unneeded variable when training your best so yes they are helping.Final words: The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding and the overall fit and support to me is pretty much unrivalled considering I have used a great number of knee sleeves over the years from different brands, inc Rehbrands and SBDs.

Great fit, brillint in use and smart
These knee sleeves aren't like any of the standard cone-shaped knee sleeves / supports you can buy relatively cheaply, or in the case of some around the same price, they are shaped and contoured to provide better all-round support of the knee and its components such as ligaments and tendons as well in . Similar to SBS and Rehbrand sleeves.Fitting and size wise, I measured approximately middle of the large size but as always, for added compression and support, ordered the next size down. The fit is tight, with no discomfort or restrictions due to the fitting or level of compression, which is ideal for maximum support and keeping my knees warm whilst training. Due to the contoured shape of the sleeve, it makes better all round contact with the knee area. This is something the average cone-shaped sleeves don't always do with them tending to have a little looseness and bagginess around the knee which bunches up when flexing the knees and squatting. This then makes them pretty ineffective at providing the all over intended support during this stage of the lift, not something you want when lifting big. So in all these Beast Gear sleeves are a better all-round fit.Post workout effects are noticeable with no niggling around the outer knees as experienced with some sleeves due to inefficient support and lack of all-round compression.Design wise, I like that they are reversible with a choice of colour, Black or Red, with logos etc being identical on either side.I like the inclusion of the little nylon drawstring bag, not something many other brands supply, to keep the sleeves clean and together plus free from damage whilst in the gym bag.For the money, I say they are doing a cracking job and look great and are well made too.

Beast Sleeves
They are good, quite stiff the first time around and having never worn sleeves before walking was super funny and weird, but you get used to them and they get used to you. It's much easier putting them on in the following times and overall the support...Oh god, the support. I did a squat and it felt like these did all the work FOR ME.Maybe its just a beginner overestimated the sleeves but they're pretty solid, would buy again.

Nice product love the design!
I bought these beast sleeves for added support when squating and using the leg press machine.I have a bit of a dodgy right knee so felt it was time to start protecting my knees a bit. Firstly I love the reversable design and the logo on the front is cool they definatly stand out. You also get a cool little carry bag for your sleeves which i thought was cool.Ive used them a few times know they keep my knees nice and warm and they feel very well supported with the sleeves on they certainly do the job. They do feel a bit tight at first but after a few training sessions they do give a bit.I would definatly recomend this product. I Have added another 10.kg to my pb on the squat since using them.

Lost shape and support within a year
I used these initially for weight lifting but also during short and middle distance runs.At first they were very snug and gave me good support but within a year they have begun to stretch and lose shape. I would probably choose knee wraps for lifting weights. Not great for running as I've noticed they can rub over long distances although no issues with the support. In fact, if day they were too tight initially but better as they loosened. Also the dye runs when you sweat in them and leaves marks on legs and trainers. If you do purchase them for lifting I'd advise only using them for that so they hold their shape better. For running etc, use a dedicated knee support for that activity.
